The Leadership Awards Gala brings together community leaders to share knowledge and strategic ideas of importance that shape the PALCUS agenda for years to come. The evening reception is part of a 2-day weekend offering a welcome reception and informational session.

The gala is also a major fundraiser for PALCUS, which provides critical financial support for PALCUS to carry out its mission to address domestic and international issues directly affecting the Portuguese-American community in the United States.

Presentations are made at the annual PALCUS Leadership Award Gala where awardees are recognized for their personal accomplishments as well as for the honor that they have brought to the Portuguese-American community.
