Why do businesses need more than JUST a logo?
Your logo is just one piece of your brand puzzle.
It's important – but it's not everything. Your entire visual and brand identity is the entire experience that customers have with your business.
What are the differences?
A logo is a symbol that helps identify a brand.
A visual identity creates a cohesive set of visual assets that work together to determine the overall look of the brand.
Here are 3 reasons why your brand needs more than just a logo:
✨To tell your story.
Your logo is a visual representation of your brand, but it can't tell your whole story. Your brand messaging should communicate your brand values, mission, and what makes you unique to your business.
You want to leave your clients and potential clients connecting with your brand on a deeper level and feeling a sense of community.
✨To be consistent.
Your brand should be consistent across all touchpoints, from your website, to your social media, to your customer service, etc. When a potential client is going from your instagram, to your website, to your store – it should have a consistent flow of it’s look and feel.
This helps to create a strong and recognizable brand identity and brand experience for your current and potential customers.
✨To build trust and loyalty.
Customers are more likely to trust and be loyal to brands that they feel a connection to. When they're looking for a product or service, they'll know exactly where to go. Would you buy from a business that you don’t feel a sense of connection or trust?
Your brand should be more than just a logo - it should be a personification of your business and its values.
